GSN Tiling was engaged to deliver a sophisticated, large-scale tiling package across multiple levels of The Shell House, one of Sydney’s landmark dining destinations. Our work spanned the ground floor lobby foyer and Menzies Bar, level 9’s dining areas, amenities, kitchen, bar face, and stairs, through to level 10’s lift lobby, bar areas, kitchen, and amenities.
Scope & Execution:
The project showcased a bespoke design developed closely with the client and architect, achieving an opulent finish while maintaining budget requirements. Intricately detailed, custom tile patterns were fabricated overseas to exact specifications, bringing unique character to each space. Despite significant challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic, including supply chain disruptions and workforce constraints – our team proactively managed manpower, logistics, and site coordination to uphold both quality standards and the tight program. The result is a seamless, high-end fitout that sets a new benchmark in Sydney’s hospitality scene.
