GSN Tiling played a key role in the transformation of Merchant, an aging hotel reimagined into seven levels of striking spec suites. Our scope included tiling across all bathrooms, end-of-trip facilities, and the main lobby floor, creating a cohesive, high-impact finish throughout the building.
Scope & Execution:
With refurbishment projects, challenges are to be expected, but our team strategically resourced the site to ensure milestones were met without compromising quality. The design featured a bold selection of vibrant blue and orange tiles, a nod to the hotel’s heyday and unique location. This vivid palette infused energy, nostalgia, and a sense of place into every level, delivering a fitout that celebrates both legacy and modern renewal.
