GSN Tiling was selected to bring a refined, rustic aesthetic to this boutique office fitout within the heritage-listed Kador building. The tiling scope included the breakout area floors, island bench face, splashback zones, and feature walls behind built-in banquette seating.

The brief centred on achieving a warm, organic feel that would complement the site’s historic architecture. Through careful selection of natural, textured tiles and attention to every cut and alignment with custom joinery, our team delivered a finish that feels both contemporary and true to the building’s character.
