This project marks one of GSN Tiling’s earliest major commercial lobby refurbishments, and stands today as a testament to the enduring quality of our craftsmanship. Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, this lobby upgrade was part of a high-end office repositioning, aimed at modernising the ground floor experience and setting a premium tone for incoming tenants.
Scope & Execution:
Working in a fully operational, live office environment, all works were carefully executed after hours to ensure uninterrupted access for tenants and building staff. This required precise planning, tight coordination, and minimal disruption. The stone cladding in the lift lobby had to align perfectly with architectural joinery and lighting, making accuracy critical.
Despite the challenges of night work, tight turnaround times, and intricate finishes, the project was delivered on schedule and remains in excellent condition years later — a true reflection of the standards GSN Tiling is known for.
