GSN Tiling was engaged to complete the tiling works for the refurbishment of 118 Devonshire Street, a historic building reimagined into contemporary office spaces with warmth, texture, and character. The scope included bathrooms, splashbacks, and the main entry stairs, all contributing to the building’s renewed identity.

Originally built in 1901, the building has undergone many transformations over the years, but this refurbishment introduced a bold new vision centred around adaptive reuse and modern workplace design. Earthy urban tones and carefully selected finishes created a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere throughout the office spaces. Through strong coordination and seamless project delivery, the team achieved an exceptional finish that respected the building’s heritage while embracing a contemporary aesthetic.
