The project was completed within a restricted workspace while coordinating alongside multiple trades on site. A key feature of the fitout was the curved brick-clad communal seating, which required careful fabrication and precise set-out to achieve the architect’s vision. Through strategic collaboration with the project team and contractors, our team ensured accurate installation, clean transitions between surfaces, and consistent finishes across all tiled elements.
